Service description

Wholestack provides software for intent-first development, AI-assisted codegen, ShipGate verification, truthpack grounding, and optional cloud orchestration. Features may change; we will not remove paid entitlements you have already purchased without reasonable notice where required by law.

Accounts & metering

Cloud AI and verification features consume wallet meters (build credits, ShipGate runs, proof bundles) as described on pricing. You are responsible for activity under your account. Free-tier quotas reset monthly; add-ons and paid plans are billed through Stripe.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass metering, authentication, or rate limits.
• Do not use the service to generate malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not scrape or overload infrastructure beyond documented API limits.
• You retain ownership of your code; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

AI-generated output may be incorrect. ShipGate and VibeCheck reduce risk but do not guarantee production readiness. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.
